Druk.help is a Bhutan-based initiative to advance open-source technology and Digital Public Goods for Bhutan and the world.
We help governments, communities, developers, and public-interest organizations adopt proven Digital Public Goods, build new open technologies where gaps exist, and deploy them sustainably at population scale.
Our ambition is simple: use technology that belongs to everyone to build public systems that work for everyone.

Countries everywhere face similar challenges in healthcare, education, public administration, climate resilience, and access to essential services.
Many of the digital systems needed to address these challenges already exist as open-source software and Digital Public Goods. Yet adopting them successfully requires much more than installing software.
It requires local capacity, implementation support, interoperability, governance, community ownership, and long-term stewardship.
Druk.help exists to build that capability in Bhutan.
We want Bhutan to become not only a user of Digital Public Goods, but also a creator, contributor, and global implementation partner for open digital infrastructure.

Druk.help supports implementation—from architecture and localisation to integration, hosting, training, deployment, and long-term operations.
Our goal is to help Digital Public Goods move from repositories to real public services.

Where important gaps remain, we bring together Bhutanese developers, institutions, domain experts, and global open-source communities to build new solutions.
Projects developed through Druk.help should be open by default and designed so that other countries can reuse and improve them.

Every implementation creates knowledge.
We contribute improvements, documentation, implementation playbooks, integrations, standards, and software back to upstream open-source communities wherever possible.
Bhutan should benefit from the global commons—and contribute to it.

Over time, Druk.help aims to build a Bhutan-based community of engineers, implementers, designers, and public-interest technologists capable of supporting DPG deployments beyond Bhutan.
